"…I gotta say, that after some of the league races and generally developing my driving technique and racecraft, I was no longer too tense driving at the near tip of the spear. I felt mostly comfortable and confident. Focusing on the racecraft and setting up my car well into turns while alongside others… This is somewhat of a breakthrough for me. I am usually getting too tense and not breathing enough, dry mouth, sweaty palms..."

The value of the courses and challenges doesn’t seem to be the instant gratification of the lap times (although it is satisfying). It’s more like we’re getting a better taste of all these different skills now so we can better identify when we need to lean on them in the future. I feel like the days of not being able to get up to speed in different cars are gone and I’m becoming more dynamic in my driving. The iRating may not jump up now or anything but this academy is definitely going to pay dividends in the future.

It's amazing how you think you know something but until you actually put it into practice, it's just a theory. When I saw the MRC chapter on elevation changes and how it changes grip levels, I thought to myself that of course I know that. Was doing the first few academy lessons and Suellio is very detailed in showing the minor elevation changes and how to use it to your advantage... This is where the Academy stands out in my opinion, yes it's a lap guide, but one where every detail is mentioned and you start to see a pattern of what to look for and do on all tracks. Thanks

I’m really enjoying the academy, just 6 challenges in, but I’m looking forward to putting the learning into practice to try to be more competitive. Just trying to not fall into old habits and think about what I’m doing. My biggest things I hope to overcome are braking from high speeds and track usage, I’m always afraid of going off track, so I’m late on throttle a lot of the time and therefore losing time. To anyone on the fence, you can learn a lot and so far I’ve found it well explained and you get detail that just watching laps or looking at telemetry will not get you. Really glad I took the plunge and the gran turismo challenge nostalgia is an added bonus. Well done Suellio on the success, well deserved!

…One of the things I really value is the opportunity to drive cars and try combos that I wouldn’t have otherwise. It’s been a great learning experience and definitely worth it…Overall, I recommend the academy, but I’d love to see more variety in the challenges, especially with faster single-seaters added, even if they would come without videos. Right now the 20 challenges seems like not enough.

The motor racing checklist is a must if you don`t wanna spend countless hours discovering everything by yourself or wasting time with the wrong technique. Just keep your expectations in check, the course will not make you faster in one day. Faster drivers are consistent on their laps and this consistency takes time, so practice everyday. I bought the course looking to improve and to reach my goal of DR A+ on Gran Turismo 7. I'm so happy to have achieved that today and wanted to thank @Suellio Almeida for this amazing course!

I started the course in mid-May 2023. I had around 3,000 iRating. It had the G27 steering wheel. In a short time I reached 3,800 and then bought the Simagic AlphaU steering wheel with pedals from Pro Racing Simulators. Now I'm at 5,000. I tell all my colleagues that investing in the course is much better than investing in good equipment. If I hadn't attended the course, I believe I would be at 3,500 today even with the new equipment. Congratulations!

Thank you Suellio, the Motor Racing Checklist is amazing. I started out as a decent driver, I havent finished the MRC yet but I am already 2k iRating after 1 month playing iRacing. Heres to 3k

... I was hesitating to buy a course ... nearly dropped racing because thought that I am not good enough for that and it is too late for me to start. After buying a course I started actually practicing and understood that my mistakes came from the just basic things which I didn`t know, my results have improved and it just a start. Focusing on braking pressure, trail braking, etc... I was practicing wrong for a long time. Thanks Suellio Almeida

3 weeks after finishing MRC and I’ve gained 300 IR. I just can’t believe the little things I’m now thinking about. For instance. Tonight in the Ferrari at Watkins. Taking the toe curve and I look and see the elevation of the track and I instantly remember. “More grip”. And wow. Gives me more confidence of driving. I can’t thank you enough. It’s fun to drive again.
