Introduction
Welcome to Almeida Racing Academy by Suellio Almeida. By purchasing or using our courses, coaching programs, and communities, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
All content provided in our courses, coaching programs, and communities—including videos, text, graphics, and other materials—is the property of Suellio Almeida and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our content without explicit written permission from Suellio Almeida. Unauthorized use may result in termination of access, legal action, and liability for damages.
By submitting suggestions, ideas, or feedback to Almeida Racing Academy, you grant us full rights to use, modify, and implement these submissions in our products and services without compensation.
Payment and Refund Policies
Payment: All course and coaching fees must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website.
One-Time Payments: Courses (e.g., The Motor Racing Checklist, The Racecraft Checklist), Coaching Sessions, and Lifetime Memberships are single-payment purchases.
Monthly Memberships: These are billed at the agreed price and automatically renewed on the same day each month unless canceled.
Yearly Memberships: Billed at the agreed price and renewed on the same day each year unless canceled.
Refund Policy: For courses (e.g., The Motor Racing Checklist, The Racecraft Checklist), you may request a refund within 28 days of purchase. Refund eligibility requires evidence of active engagement with the course content and reasonable proof that it did not meet your expectations for improving driving techniques.
Refund requests can be submitted via email to contact@suellioalmeida.ca or via a ticket on Discord, and refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note, Academy Memberships and coaching purchases are non-refundable.

Price Changes: Prices are subject to change at any time, and we will notify you in advance of any adjustments.
Subscription Cancellation Process
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on our website. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied.
User Conduct
By participating in any of Almeida Racing Academy’s services, events, or communities, you agree to follow these guidelines to foster a positive, respectful, and safe environment.
1. Special Events and League Races
When participating in special events or league races, you are expected to:
Respect fellow drivers: Display sportsmanship, integrity, and fair play on and off the track.
Follow event rules: Adhere to event regulations, including vehicle restrictions, track limits, and incident protocols.
Maintain professionalism: Respect event organizers, officials, and participants. Aggressive or inappropriate behavior is prohibited.
No cheating or exploitation: Cheating, hacking, or exploiting game mechanics will result in disqualification and possible suspension.
Be punctual: Arrive on time. Repeated no-shows or tardiness without notice may result in loss of eligibility for future events.
Violation of these rules may result in race disqualification, event suspension, or permanent bans depending on the severity.
2. Discord Community Guidelines
When engaging in Almeida Racing Academy’s Discord server, you must:
Be respectful and inclusive: Avoid personal attacks, harassment, or discriminatory language.
No spamming or advertising: Refrain from unsolicited ads, spam, or self-promotion unless permitted in designated channels.
Use appropriate language: Keep language clean and discussions family-friendly.
Follow Discord’s Terms of Service: Comply with Discord’s own terms and our specific community rules.
Respect privacy: Do not share or ask for personal information. Doxxing will result in an immediate ban.
Failure to follow these rules may lead to warnings, temporary muting, or server bans.
3. Kajabi Community Engagement
When participating in the Kajabi-based community, you are expected to:
Stay on-topic: Engage in discussions relevant to driving education and racing techniques.
Give constructive feedback: Provide helpful, respectful feedback. Negative or unproductive criticism will not be tolerated.
No solicitation or promotion: Do not post ads or promote external products or services without permission.
Uphold community values: Foster a respectful and collaborative environment for learning.
Repeated violations may lead to suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
4. Consequences of Misconduct
Almeida Racing Academy reserves the right to take the following actions for violations:
Warnings for minor infractions.
Temporary suspensions from events, Discord, or the Kajabi community.
Permanent bans for repeated violations or severe misconduct, without a refund.
Legal action may be pursued in cases of harassment, defamation, or illegal behavior.
Treatment of Staff and Company
By using Almeida Racing Academy’s services, you agree to treat all staff, instructors, moderators, and representatives of the company with respect and professionalism at all times.
Respectful Communication: Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate communication directed at our staff, moderators, or representatives is strictly prohibited.
No Harassment: Harassment of any kind, verbal or written, will result in immediate termination of access to our services without a refund, and legal action may be pursued if necessary.
Constructive Feedback: We welcome constructive feedback, but it should always be delivered respectfully and professionally.
False Information: Spreading false information or rumors about Almeida Racing Academy, its staff, or its services may result in termination of access and potential legal action for defamation.
Violation of these guidelines may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent bans from all platforms associated with Almeida Racing Academy, without the possibility of a refund.
Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these terms and conditions or is harmful to the interests of Almeida Racing Academy or other users.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Almeida Racing Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Disclaimers
While our courses and coaching are designed to improve driving skills, we do not guarantee specific results. Success depends on individual effort and external factors outside our control. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Handling of User Data
We collect personal information, such as your name and email, to provide our services. Your data is stored securely, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.
Content Usage in Videos and Streaming Platforms
By participating in Almeida Racing Academy League or Special Event Races, you agree that your participation may be recorded and used on platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, Facebook, and social media channels.
Review and Testimonial Usage
By submitting reviews, feedback, or testimonials, you grant Almeida Racing Academy permission to use your feedback in promotional content, including videos, social media, and advertisements.
Modifications to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
