Gotta say, that after some of the league races I was no longer too tense driving at the near tip of the spear. a breakthrough for me. I am usually getting too tense and not breathing enough....

Was doing the first few academy lessons and Suellio is very detailed in showing... how to use it to your advantage... This is where the Academy stands out in my opinion... You start to see a pattern.
